Alyssa is a mom of two boys, wife and competitive crossfit athlete. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and also an L1 CrossFit Coach. She has been a personal trainer since 2012 and a coach at CrossFit Populace since December of 2014. She loves helping people reach their full potential!
