The Active Ingredient (Menthol) in the Cooling Pain Relief + line provides temporary pain relief directly to the taped muscle or joint. This sensation is increased with physical activity and continues long afterwards during the recovery phase of the body.

Active Ingredients: Menthol 12%

20 Strips (2"x10") per roll.

When using this product:
Use only as directed. Read and follow all directions and warnings.
Do not bandage tightly.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Do not use at the time as other topical analgesics.
Do not remove when wet or directly after shower. Allow tape to dry and slowly remove.
 
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
condition worsens,
symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days.
 
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. 
 
If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
 
Directions: adults and children over 12 years (children 12 years or younger - ask a doctor).
Apply to the affected area not more than 3 or 4 times daily.
Tape can be worn for up to 24 hours.
Apply 1 hour before activity.
Don`t overstretch the tape, less stretch is more.
Don`t stretch the ends of the tape (anchor points).
Store in a cool dry place, in a reseable bag.
