Thank you for shopping with ActiveIntell. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through https://www.activeintell.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
 

1. Shipping Territory


ActiveIntell currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be processed.
 

2. Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).


Processing time refers to the time required to:

  • Verify payment information

  • Prepare and package your order

  • Transfer the package to the shipping carrier
     

Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
 

3. Shipping Method and Carrier


All orders are shipped via:

  • Carrier: UPS

  • Service Level: UPS Ground Shipping
     

Delivery times vary depending on the destination within the United States. Estimated transit times are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed by ActiveIntell.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
 

4. Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

  • Free Ground Shipping on all orders of $40 or more

  • Flat Rate Shipping of $8 for all orders under $25
     

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

ActiveIntell reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
 

5. Delivery Estimates


Delivery times depend on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier performance

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak shipping periods
     

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, ActiveIntell is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters or other force majeure events
     

6. Order Tracking


After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking information.
 

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
 

ActiveIntell is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Lost shipments resulting from incorrect information

  • Additional shipping fees required to reship returned packages
     

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.
 

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments


If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
 

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

  2. Retain all packaging materials if damage occurred.

  3. Provide photos of damaged items and packaging if applicable.
     

We will work with UPS to investigate and determine appropriate resolution.
 

9. Shipping Restrictions


ActiveIntell reserves the right to:
 

  • Refuse shipment to certain addresses where delivery is deemed insecure or undeliverable

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse
     

Customers will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled.
