How to Use:
Apply to clean, dry skin along desired areas. Wear during activity or throughout the day. Remove when dry.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have skin sensitivities, any medical illness or condition, consult your doctor before use

Avoid contact with eyes
Do not apply to cuts, open wounds or damaged skin
Do not use on the abdomen
Do not bandage tightly
Do not remove from skin when wet
Keep out of reach of children
Discontinue use if skin becomes irritated or sore
If condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use of this product and consult a physician
 
Directions: adults and children over 12 years (children 12 years or younger - ask a doctor).
Apply 1 hour before activity
Clean the skin prior to application
Remove excess hair if needed
Apply tape and press down firmly
Do not overstretch the tape
Do not stretch the ends of the tape (anchor points)
Do not remove when wet or in the shower
Remove when dry
 
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry environment. Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight.
